The Development Finance Bank can through our High Net Worth Investor network and contacts within the Private Fund market offer mezzanine finance to provide the shortfall after the senior debt.

We require the Developer to contribute 10% cash into the deal and may consider taking additional security in lieu of the 10%, subject to having suitable security and equity.

  • Profit on the project including senior debt finance should be a minimum of 25%.
  • Deal sizes between £750k and £20m GDV
  • Loan size from £250k to £10m
